Standard Delivery £3.00

Your order will be dispatched the next working day and usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

Express Delivery £6.00

Your order will be dispatched the next working day and usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive.

Please note: We currently only deliver within the UK. If you live overseas, please contact us for overseas shipping options.

We post all books using Evri or Yodel, who do not guarantee delivery dates. Therefore delivery dates are only approximate and once your order has left our studio, it’s in the hands of the courier.

Returns.

We are confident that you will love your new baby record book, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is defective or damaged, we may ask for a photograph. We will then issue a pre-paid returns label. In all other cases, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Your baby book must be unused and returned in it’s original packaging with the return slip inside (provided once you have emailed us).
