Our Philosophy
A baby record book isn’t supposed to be perfect, so don’t overthink it. In fact, the beauty will be in all of its imperfections. The different coloured pens, the messy handwriting, the spilt dinners, the toddler scribbles and the grubby hand prints - it’s all going to tell a story in years to come. So don’t wait for the perfect time, the perfect conditions or the perfect words… just open the pages and go.
3 steps to baby record book success
1. Make sure your book is accessible
Keep your baby record book in an easily accessible place, such as on a sideboard or a shelf. If it’s somewhere you can see it, you are more likely to remember to write in it.
2. Keep everything in the box
Keep your pens, paper glue, washi tape and loose photographs in the box along with your baby record book. This way you’ve always got what you need to hand.
3. Don’t wait for the perfect time
Don’t wait for the perfect time. Write in your book whenever you can, even if that means risking grubby hand prints or food splashes. It will all add to the memories in years to come.
